  • 01Sit in machine, back flat against pad.
  • 02Feet shoulder-width on platform.

Movement Phase

  • Unrack weight.
  • Lower until knees are close to chest (90 degrees).
  • Press back up without locking knees.

Form Deviation Analysis

  • ×Locking out knees (hyperextension risk).
  • ×Shallow reps.
  • ×Lifting hips off the pad.
