SETUP & EXECUTION
Initial Phase
- 01Set cable to face height with rope attachment.
- 02Grab rope ends with thumbs bracing against the stopper.
Movement Phase
- Pull rope towards forehead, separating hands.
- Externally rotate shoulders (thumbs point back).
- Squeeze rear delts.
Form Deviation Analysis
- ×Pulling to chest/neck instead of face.
- ×Elbows dropping too low.
- ×Going too heavy and using body momentum.
