SETUP & EXECUTION

Initial Phase

  • 01Set cable to face height with rope attachment.
  • 02Grab rope ends with thumbs bracing against the stopper.

Movement Phase

  • Pull rope towards forehead, separating hands.
  • Externally rotate shoulders (thumbs point back).
  • Squeeze rear delts.

Form Deviation Analysis

  • ×Pulling to chest/neck instead of face.
  • ×Elbows dropping too low.
  • ×Going too heavy and using body momentum.
